When it comes to milestones and timelines in a transaction, honesty and patience is important.A recent client of mine had asked me when they should expect to know the outcome of the appraisal that happened that day. The reality is that information will actually take a few days to find out!📣 If you’re applying for a mortgage, there needs to be an appraisal that happens where the value of the property is assessed.
